• Moving actionbars

    • Version: 4.0.0 Closed Bug Priority: Normal

I do use Bartender4 to move my bars, and here's why:

Open SUI's Settings (/sui) click on the "Artwork" tab on the default page "Base Options" There is a button to move Actionbars.

Sorry but for the life of me that option isn't there. Or anywhere.
In fact, Apart from the awesome new options in the General Tab (I love that you can mix skins - even if personally I don't use it)... Nothing else seems to be new as of yet. And I can't find that button to move actionbars anywhere. Not even on other parts of the config.

Also the "Nameplates" is grayed out. What is it even supposed to do?

as stated in red letter right above that "Please note the below option is not yet live and is expected for SUI 4.1"

The nameplates component will be coming out in a following update. The amount of changes for multiple skins and new components is not small and will in its own right introduce some bugs. The initial 4.0 release is meant to find those initial bugs. I my self can only do so much testing.

Fair, I did miss the red on the dark background ^_^

As for the nameplates - I just realized what nameplates are. Please make sure they can be disabled (unlike the current state of the Tooltips, as you can see on another bug report I posted). I use Tidyplates and it's so versatile and complex I might not choose to change to another nameplate handler. Please & thank you.

    P.S.
Nice going on all the improvements to the UI :)
You think it might be possible to integrate those "hide-able" drawers as an option for the classic skin as well? (as part of the "Mix skin elements"?)
They are a grand and welcome feature ^_^

Of course they will able to be disabled, the tooltips not being disabled was just a 1 line bug.

I do not have the time to make anything as large as tidyplates. My goal with these modules is to make lightweight improvements that most can enjoy that way you don't NEED tidyplates unless you need some of the advanced features it provides. The less addons you need to install and update the better in my mind. Will the first release of the nameplates be amazing? No, but they will be good or decent. The Tooltips are a good example, already tooltips options have doubled from the initial release just 36 hours ago. I plan on releases being fast for some time now.
